1. For medical inquiries, please call or write within e-perearstikeskus service.
  2. Medical staff do not respond phone, email, e-perearstikeskus mails outside of working hours.
  3. Sick leave is issued from the day the patient contacts us (phone, email, e-perearstikeskus). If the patient falls ill on weekends or public holidays, please notify us through eperearstikeskus. For child care leave, please specify the child's name and the name of the person who will be taking care of the child. The same rule applies to absence certificate. Absence certificates will not be issued without a recorded contact.
  4. During a phone consultation with the doctor, please do not call just to book an appointment or request a prescription.
  5. Before the consultation with the doctor, please prepare your questions, prepare pen, paper and if necessary, glasses and a hearing aid device.
  6. We strive to respond to your emails within one day. Please state your request clearly in the email.
  7. If we do not answer the phone immediately, voicemail will be activated, and your message will be recorded. Please describe your request clearly, providing your name and personal ID number. If necessary, we will call you back.
  8. When requesting prescriptions, please specify the name and dosage of the medication. For inquiries related to children, please include the child's name and personal ID number. If necessary, we will call you back or respond to your email.
  9. The family doctor's office is closed on holidays and weekends.
  10. Appointments with the doctor or nurse last 30 minutes (complaints, medical history, examination, documentation, referrals). Please commit to those time limits. For multiple issues, we will invite you for a follow-up visit.
  11. Appointments with the nurse and the doctor must be scheduled in advance. Each family member must book a separate appointment time.
  12. When contacting the family center, please identify yourself (name, personal ID number).
  13. Patients who arrive without an appointment will be seen by the nurse at the earliest possible time. Please be aware that the nurse has other tasks as well, so the waiting time may be long. Please go to room L2080.
  14. In case you cannot attend your appointment, please notify us in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a new time for you will be scheduled.
  15. Stool or/and urine samples are only accepted in containers provided by us or purchased from a pharmacy.
  16. Ordered prescriptions will be issued within one day.
  17. The need for a home visit is determined by the doctor. It costs €5.
